This topic was dealt with in three sections as follows:
In the first topic, I talked about the definition of cybercrime, its characteristics, types and objectives.
In the second topic, I talked about the civil liability resulting from the electronic crime, whether this responsibility is contractual or tortuous.
In the third and final topic, after I talked about the most important forms of compensation that can result from electronic crime, I exposed the most important practical problems that stand in the way of achieving legal protection, both criminal and civil. The way to achieve legal protection, both criminal and civil.
