Peer Review Process

Sending the research for arbitration, is just like a commitment by the scholar that the submitted research has not been published before or not submitted to any other place.

- Providing the research to the high arbitrators confidentially, so the first sheet will be eliminated which is written on it the name of the scholar and his profession and his academic title.

-The research will be submitted to two arbitrators in the same minoring area of specialization related to the research.

-The research shall be entitled by the author, and the association work for and to write on it on a separate sheet of paper the title of the research and to write again on another sheet of paper .

-If the research has been subjective and in form, after fulfilling the requirements of the arbitrator's notices, it will be returned after corrections made for publications.

- If the research was rejected, the documentary articles will not be returned as well as the award of the arbitration.

-If any of the arbitrators has approved the research and the other rejected it, we can be supported by a third arbitrator for a final decision.  

- Ensuring the subjectivity of arbitrations and results made by the arbitration process. 

- Expressing the opinion with integrity and clarifications with noting the reasoning supported.

- Commitment with specified times for the arbitration process to be delivered.

- Ensuring that the research is free from plagiarism and scientific theft, as well as the arbitrator shall inform the chief editor of any similarity between research and works and not published before. 

- Informing the chief editor of any unavailability of arbitrating for the submitted research and withdrawing from arbitration process.

- Denial of personal interests and utilization of such collected information from the research and arbitrating it with his weighty interest.

- Refusal of arbitration by the arbitrator that is in research has conflicts or competition relationship or any others with the author.

- Entirely complied with the criteria of the international ethic of publishing for arbitrators.
