Rules for publishing in the Journal:
First: the general rules:
1- The Journal publishes original academic theoretical research in which there is novelty, originality, innovation, sound methodology, and scientific documentation with integrity of language and expression.
2- Refereed research is published after approval by the approved arbitration committees in the following disciplines: (The Fundamentals of Religion - Islamic Sharia - Sharia and Law - Arabic Language).
3- Sending the research for arbitration is an undertaking by the researcher that the research has not been published or submitted for publication anywhere else.
4- The editorial councilors have the right not to publish any research without giving reasons, and its decisions are considered final, and it may make any formal modifications it deems appropriate and commensurate with its policy and style.
5- The research submitted for publication - in a confidential manner (blind arbitration) - is presented to arbitrators of the exact specialization in which the research topic is at the core of their specialization.
6- The final acceptance depends on the author making the modifications suggested by the arbitrators, and the researcher is solely responsible for the content of his research and studies.
7- The opinions expressed in the published research only express the opinion of its author and do not express the opinion of the Journal, and the researcher is fully responsible for the scientific integrity.
8- A summary of the research is written in Arabic and English, and at the end of the research, the key words are written in Arabic and English - the least is five and the most is eight - and the researcher must write his email at the beginning of the summary.
9- Translate the sources and references into Latin.
10- In the event of rejection of the research, the paper copies are not returned, as well as the amount of the arbitration.
11- In the event that it is accepted for publication, all publishing rights will devolve to the bulletin, and it may not be published in any other container without written permission from the Journal’s managing Editor.
Second: Rules for research output:
* The writing shall be on B5 size paper (17.5 x 25), leaving a margin of 3 cm on all sides, right, left, top and bottom of the page, the written space inside the page is 11.5 x 19 cm, after leaving suitable margins on all sides, font type: Simplified Arabic, Font size: in the text 14, and in the margin (notes) 12.
* The title of the research, the name of the author and the institution in which he works are written on a separate page, and then the title of the research is written again on the first page of the research.
Third: Publication procedures:
1. The registration and the research will be uploaded to the Journal's website “https://bfda.journals.ekb.eg/.” The authors’ directory can be found on the website’s home page.
2. The entire research is uploaded without the names of the authors, and any other supplementary files are uploaded with it.
3. A separate page is attached with the research that includes the most important metadata for the research in Arabic and English (research title - researcher name - researcher’s college - researcher’s university) and a brief CV.
4. The researcher is obligated to write the extract in Arabic, as well as in English if necessary, with a commitment to the prescribed number of words. He is also obligated to write the main words in Arabic and, if necessary, in English within the limits of the allowed number.
5. The researcher must sign an acknowledgment that the research to be published in the Journal is new and has not been previously published anywhere else and has not been submitted for publication to another party.
6. The researcher submits an acknowledgment of the obligation to pay the publishing and arbitration fees.
Fourth: Arbitration procedures:
1. Research submitted for publication is subject to examination and arbitration by expert professors in the exact specialization of research, It is also subjected to a careful review in terms of its adherence to the principles of writing scientific research according to the following criteria:
• Degree of creativity in the subject of research/study.
• Comprehensiveness and depth of the theoretical framework (theorizing and previous studies) and its connection to the research/study topic.
• The integrity of the scientific method used and its suitability to the subject of the research/study.
• Consistency of the evidence and the final results of the research/study with the hypotheses and questions.
• Language integrity and accuracy, correct use of scientific terms, and accurate translation of terms.
• Clarity of data in tables or figures.
• The depth of discussion of the results, and the use of the theoretical framework and literature of the research/study in their discussion.
• Accuracy of documentation, scientific honesty in transfer and citation, and up-to-date references.
• The scientific value and the practical value of the research/study results.
2. The Journal has the right to request the author to delete or reformulate his research or any part of it in line with its publishing policy, and the bulletin may make any formal modifications commensurate with the nature of the Journal.
3. When the research passes the review stage, then arbitration, the Journal administration sends to the researcher a letter stating that the research has been accepted for scientific publication, specifying the date of its publication according to the Journal’s plan.
4. In the event that the arbitrators states that the research needs to make some adjustments and corrections, the research is returned to the researcher to complete the required modifications and then be included in the waiting list for the Journal administration.
5 - In the event that the research is not accepted for publication by the arbitrators, the Journal administration sends a letter of apology for publishing the research electronically via the website and e-mail.
Fifth: Printing and arbitration fees:
- The minimum printing amount for Egyptians is (2500) thousand pounds, which includes administrative and arbitration expenses for the first (50) pages.
The extra pages are calculated per page, and the cost of the page is (30) pounds only (the maximum number of search pages is (100) pages.
- The minimum printing amount for Non-Egyptians is (4000) EGP, including administrative and arbitration fees for the first (50) pages.

• Exemptions:
The Journal’s board of directors has the right to exempt faculty members or the supporting body fully or partially, according to what it sees as the reasons for this exemption, as well as exemption from some fees for publishers from professors interested in publishing solid scientific research on a regular basis.
• Extra charge :
Other fees related to the following shall be collected:
Translating the abstract if it is not translated, or re-translating it if the literal translation is not approved.
Translate the list of sources and references if they are received not translated into Latin.
Linguistic revision if the research, unreferenced from a linguistic point of view.
These fees are determined according to the linguistic nature of the research to be reviewed, the extract to be translated, as well as the list of sources and references.
Postal fees:
If the researcher wishes to receive paper publications after their issuance by mail, the postal fees shall be determined according to the place of arrival, the method of transmission desired by the researcher, and according to the prices determined by the postal service providers.
