My study talks about a group of transformations which dual formations are exposed to in Arabic Language, which known that they are done by an impact of LEAST EFFORT LAW, and by Arabic Language tendency towards ease when pronounce sounds to achieve harmony of sounds, With a statement of the effect of accents in the transformation of formations from formula to another, It shows as well the impact of these transformations in the morphological structure of Arabic words, in some issues like: House, Oil, Basin, and similarities, clarifying that (O) character and (Y) character are arrogant when consonant and preceded by a letter that contradicts them. the study are seeking to show these transformations in the Arabic morphological structure, and to clarify the difference between modernists Arabic language scientists and those ancients in some issues, It tries to show the effect of accents in the transformation of formations from formula to another one. It explains too how different are the concepts of modernists from ancients.
