This research deals with the realization of a part of a valuable and useful manuscript in Al-Shafi'i fiqh, the book of Al-Dhahar, from the book Al-Shamil, by Al-Faqih Al- Shafi'i: Abd al-Sayyid ibn Muhammad ibn al-Sabbagh (d. 477) It is: "Summary of the Muzni" of the mark Ismail bin Yahya bin Ismail Almazni (deceased: 264).
