Abstract

 
Purpose of the research is to identify all areas in which Al Mujtahid- (The Diligent); hereafter-, uses Al Makassed's (Legal Objectives), and how the diligent can benefit from the knowledge of Al Makassed in every field, with specifying the controls that he should take into account in this regard. Research Methodology: Analytical Inductive Approach Most Important Results The diligent needs to know the purposes (Al Makassed) in several areas; notably; judging the texts of the Sunnah, understanding the texts of revelation, how to deal with the reason of measurement, or dealing with the evidence of dependence, or dealing with the evidence of legitimacy when opposed. Legal objectives (Al Makassed) also have a role in how judgments are applied to reality, and a role in the judgment of weighting. Moreover, it has a role in the determination of provisions of worship that benefit the diligent in several areas. Important Recommendations The research recommends the adherence to the areas on which the diligent should work, as well as the adherence to the rules set forth in each field in order not to deal with this type of science from other non-specialized jurists to respond many provisions of Sharee'ah.
