Abstract

It consists of an introduction, a preface, three sections, and a conclusion.
The introduction includes the importance of the topic, its objectives, reasons for choosing it, previous studies, research method, and research plan. And the preface: In explaining the reality of the quorum, gold, and contemporary standards of purity
The first topic: the amount of the nisab for pure gold and its value in contemporary scales.
 The second topic: the amount of the nisab for impure gold.
The third topic: Selling gold to each other with purity standards
The conclusion includes the most important results, recommendations, bibliography and topics index.
It came to the following results:
1- Contemporary gold standards are divided according to their purity into many sections.
2- Each criterion has a nisab specified in grams.
3- Prohibition of selling deceitful, small gold with pure and differential.
4- It is permissible to sell fraudulent one to another if they are equal in cheating, then it is permissible to sell gold for the same if it is equal in purity, then he sells 22 karat with 22 karat without differentiation, and this is what is said in the rest of the standards.
5- It is obligatory to remove what adorns gold from the cloves and precious gems when weighing. To other consequences.
