National Responsibility Towards the Homeland: An Objective Study in Light of The Sunnah of Prophet

Abstract

It is no secret to the follower of our reality today that many malicious ideas have spread that afflict the security and stability of the homeland, and that this constantly needs deep specialized studies that keep pace with the needs of society, and meet its demands in establishing its members with all their categories - especially the youth - on straight thought and sincere patriotism without exaggeration Neither negligence nor deviation nor anomalies nor warp. The Prophet’s Sunnah was concerned with great care for the homelands and their citizens, and was concerned with clarifying their rights and duties towards them, in order to ensure the security and safety of the homelands, and to protect them from internal and external evils and dangers. The pure Sunnah has been filled with many hadiths of the Prophet that show a great interest in taking care of the homelands and the rights of citizenship and building them on sound foundations, and protecting them from the factors of deviation and suspicions that afflict the safety, security and stability of the Muslim community, especially when ideological and intellectual crises occur and confronting misleading ideas. The most prominent aspects of this national responsibility, the statement of its origins, and its support in the Qur’anic verses and the Prophet’s hadiths; To be a safe fortress for our youth from the deviant ideas that are working by all means to assassinate their religion, assassinate their patriotism, and recruit them to achieve the malicious goals of the enemies and the people of whims.
And the most prominent question that the research wanted to answer was: What are the matters that you and the Prophetic Sunnah have guided to bring nations and citizens to a high degree of awareness and responsibility?
One of the most prominent results of the research: that the Prophetic Sunnah strongly indicated the importance of homelands in the hearts of its people, and that there is no conflict between love of the homeland and belonging to the Islamic nation, and that the right of the homeland over its people is to participate in its planning and development, and to preserve public money from loss, and to strive for its investment, and the active and positive contribution to everything that serves the nation and its advancement, and that the Prophet’s Sunnah has been concerned with addressing every matter that would result in a breach of the security and safety of the nation.
