Companies play an important role in the economic development process of countries, so they have gained special importance through the establishment of a special regulation for companies, their types and procedures for their establishment. As a result of the rapid growth of the commercial sector and the need to keep pace with this growth; A new type of company has emerged, the one-person company, which is a qualitative leap because of its advantages in encouraging and increasing investment. In view of the adoption by both the Jordanian legislator and the Saudi regulator of the one-person company, this study came to clarify the nature of this company and what is characterized by it and to indicate its legal nature and methods of its establishment, in order to indicate the difficulties it faces and the extent of the ability of these systems to overcome these difficulties and then try to develop a set of proposals to remove Any obstacle to its existence or its continuation.
