This research attempted to investigate the formations of the autobiographical poem and its most prominent manifestations in Mahmoud Darwish's poetry, and it concluded that the autobiographical poem appeared scattered throughout his collections, as he formulated it in a narrative way based on the retrieval of memories that had a strong impact on his transformations. The most prominent feature of the autobiographical poem by Mahmoud Darwish is that it stems from a special vision from him, which is a contemplation of life reality. It was strongly linked to the poems, as they carried many connotations that helped produce an interaction between the text and the recipient.
