Praise be to God alone, and prayers and peace be upon the one after whom there is no prophet, and after: This is a summary of a paper entitled _Nakhsh al-mutawatir with the Sundays_ which was submitted for arbitration at the Faculty of Islamic and Arabic Studies at Al-Azhar University. The research included an introduction and three chapters: The introduction contains the reasons for choosing the topic, previous studies, research plan, and research methodology As for the investigations, they are as follows: The first topic: the definition of the research vocabulary, and it has three demands: The first requirement: the definition of transcription, linguistically and idiomatically. The second requirement: the definition of the mutawatir, linguistically and idiomatically. The third requirement: Defining the singular language and idiomatically. The second topic: the conditions of copying. The third topic: Types of copying, and it has three demands: The first requirement: copying the Sunnah in the book. The second requirement: copying the book in the mutawatir Sunnah. The third requirement: Copies of the mutawatir by the ones.. This research was concluded with a conclusion in which the results of the research, sources and references were shown Thanks be to God first and foremost
