Ruling on Making a Quest on Tawaaf through Studying The Hadeeth of Usamah Ibn Shariq "I Sought before I go Around"

Abstract

1- The research dealt with the issue of the difference in the wording of the same hadith and its monetary laws in terms of acceptance and non-acceptance if there is a uniqueness of trust in the violation.
2- The research clarified the approach of hadith critics in the different words of the same hadith in terms of accepting the increase or not.
3- The research showed that if trust is narrated by a word that is not mentioned by most of the memorizers in the hadith, it is not accepted with the union of the director, and the fame of the memorizer is by following the narrations.
4- The research showed the incorrectness of the word “I sought before I circumambulate” in the hadith of Osama bin Sharik, t, because of what was mentioned of weakness in preserving trust, and disagreement over it, and its violation of the preservation of the world in it.
 5- The research concluded that it is not permissible to give precedence to the pilgrimage quest over the tawaaf al-ifaadah because of the abnormality of what the permissible people relied on for that.
