The research consists of an introduction, four chapters, a conclusion, and indexes. Introduction: It includes the importance of the research, the reasons for choosing it, the research objectives, the research methodology and previous studies, and the research plan. Chapter One: The concept of khul’, its legitimacy and its causes. Chapter Two: The Pillars of Khul`. Chapter Three: Conditions of divorce. Chapter Four: The rulings on divorce. Conclusion: It included the most important results of the research. It depends on the inductive and analytical approach, and I ask God for sincerity and acceptance.
