Abstract



The study deals with a number of important and contemporary jurisprudential issues, where the world economy is subjected to successive shocks affecting countries, peoples, and public and private property. There was a need for alternatives and new solutions on the scene. These alternatives and solutions need to be clarified in Sharia from different points of view. This research included an introduction, three studies and a conclusion. Introduction to the subject of research and its importance, and the research plan and then the first topic in the concept of derivatives and types of the concept of financial derivatives types of financial derivatives areas of financial derivatives, and the second section in the nature of options contracts and elements and types and mechanism of circulation and deals with the concept of options contracts elements of options contracts types of option contracts mechanism options, And the third topic in the legitimacy of the contracts of choice. And then the conclusion of the research and the most important findings and recommendations.
