- The renewal in the areas of fatwa is the year of life, which is based on Islam in its proper sense, the Islam of the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, and the year of the Caliphs after him ... and the building is based on facilitation, not hesitation or alienation, compassion, not violence, Ijtihad does not tradition, innovation does not inertia, discipline does not slip away, and intermediate does not exaggeration nor default. - The area of renewal in the fatwa depends on the issues of judgment and judgmental judgments that accept Ijtihad and accept change, taking into account the condition of the fluid in terms of place and time and situation. - The belief in the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon them, and belief in the Book, the angels and the Day of Judgment, and in the extent of good and evil, and the prohibition of polytheism, are the second provisions. Is not subject to consideration, is not touched by diligence, and does not change with the change of time and place. - Renewal in Islam is not subject to desires and desires, it is not a departure from the constants and elements, nor a rebellion against the principles and objectives and goals, but the establishment of Sharia controls, not negligence and excessive. - The renewal of concepts and horizons of legitimate purposes is an urgent need must be recruited to the minds and possibilities, and should not be ignorant of the science of this duty for the possibility of making mistakes or avoidance of the possible difference. - The word renewal does not mean the renunciation of all that is fixed or renounce the old and away from the true religion and constants or the invention of new jurisprudence on the pretext of keeping pace with evolution. - The fatwa should be as collective as possible, in the form of jurisprudential councils and bodies of senior scholars. This is in addition to the individual ijtihad that reveals the path and paves the way for honest studies that illuminate the road and reveal its features.
