This research consists of: an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, and sources and references. Introduction: I mentioned the reason for choosing this topic, its importance, and the goal of directing my students towards the science of Quranic readings. Chapter One: It contains a biography of the author: Al-Shatibi, a summary of his life, an introduction to the book, and a mention of the contents of the introduction and the topics it contains. Chapter Two: I devoted it to studying the introduction of the book, and made a margin on each page in order to write appropriate comments on the topic. I relied in writing these comments on the book Al-Wafi fi Sharh Al-Shatibiyyah, written by: Abdul Fattah Al-Qadi, and other explanations of Al-Shatibiyyah. Conclusion of the research I have shown the benefits that the research obtained during this study, and alerted students and readers to the importance of the topic of Quranic readings, as it is a necessary topic in Islamic studies as well as linguistic research.
