Abstract

This research deals with the topic of "The Effect of Grammatical Styles in Clarifying the Meaning of the Verses of Women's Rulings", which is an analytical study that aims to reveal the role played by grammatical styles in clarifying the meanings and connotations carried by the verses related to women's rulings in the Holy Quran, and their impact on souls and confirming the meaning.
The research focuses on clarifying the effect of grammatical structures such as deletion, implication, and negation... in highlighting the legislative and social meanings contained in these verses. The research also highlights the relationship between grammatical structure and contextual connotations, and how understanding the grammatical style can enrich the Quranic interpretation and reveal deep rhetorical, legislative, and psychological aspects.
Deletion and negation in the verses of women's rulings are rhetorical tools that reflect the brevity and miraculous Ness of the Quran, and contribute to conveying the legal rulings accurately and clearly, while directing the discourse with a psychological effect that serves the objectives of legislation in protecting rights and achieving justice.
The research has proven that deletion and negation in the verses of the rulings on women express the accuracy of the Quranic legislation in formulating the rulings, and show the justice of Islam in dealing with women, while achieving brevity and eloquence that stimulate contemplation and reflection on the meanings of the texts.
