The Responsibility of the Medical Team for its Errors An Applied Jurisprudential Study

Abstract

The research aims to clarify what is meant by the medical team, to comprehensively define the healthcare practitioner's medical responsibilities, and to clarify the causes that may fall on the patient and the medical responsibilities therein.
To clarify this, the researcher organized his plan into a preparatory section, two sections, and a conclusion
Its explanation is as follows: Introduction: It is in introducing the responsibility of the medical team. The first topic: The medical team’s responsibility for its mistakes. The second section: Judicial applications on the responsibility of the medical team. Conclusion search. As for the introduction, the researcher concluded in it: the obligations of medical responsibility and clarified them, and that what is meant by the responsibility of the medical team: the doctor and his assistants’ breach of an obligation they bear under the system, and this breach results in harm to another person, requiring compensation to redress it. As for the first section, the researcher concluded that responsibility is distributed among the medical team according to the negligence of each one of them, and one of them may bear responsibility alone if he is the only one involved in it. As for the second section on judicial applications, it mentioned applications that show the Sharia Health Authority’s handling of the medical team’s mistakes, and how to include its members, with the researcher’s comment on them. As for the conclusion of the research, the researcher mentioned.
