Abstract

The jurists - may God have mercy on them - were interested in authorship and singled out the doors of the judiciary with more care and attention, until the Islamic library became full of great books and letters dealing with various branches in the jurisprudence of the judiciary, including the message of judgment of health and judgment by positive, by Ahmed bin Alaa Al-Din Al-Qurashi Al-Hanafi Al-Rashidi, it is a great and useful message, so I was interested in achieving it and serving its text, asking God for help and acceptance, and despite the fact that this message has already been achieved, the former investigator could not stand only on one copy Of the two copies that I stood on, which is the second copy that was symbolized by the symbol (B), which is an incomplete copy -as will come-, and the missing one is about a quarter of the text, and its font is medium, unlike the first copy, which was symbolized by the symbol (A), which the first investigator did not succeed in standing on, it is a complete copy written in an elaborate font, and some of its words were seized in the form, which prompted me to re-investigate and publish again, and there is no doubt that this has a great impact on showing the text well, and directing it as its author wanted; This is the ultimate purpose of any investigation.
