Abstract

This is a study about His Eminence Professor Sheikh Ibrahim Al-Jebali, the second Dean of the esteemed Faculty of Arabic Language at Al-Azhar University and a member of the Council of Senior Scholars at Al-Azhar Al-Sharif.
This study aims to provide a comprehensive biography covering all aspects of the Sheikh's life, clarifying his lineage, upbringing, academic achievements, the positions he held, and his scholarly output, including books and articles published in journals, particularly Nour Al-Islam magazine (currently known as Al-Azhar magazine) and Huda Al-Islam magazine. The purpose is to keep the memory of this man in the hearts of the current generation, in a time when people are distracted from one of the greatest Sheikhs who serve as sources of guidance.
This man, whose name history has a huge impact in the record of scholars who practice their knowledge and influence others through their actions before their words, also has scholarly contributions that place him among the men who left indelible marks on Islamic civilization in general and on the glorious pages of Al-Azhar's history in particular.
In this research, we followed the descriptive-reporting methodology, through which we described the Sheikh's life and his scholarly heritage.
This research confirmed certain scholarly facts about the Sheikh and reached several conclusions. Among the facts confirmed by the study are:
* The Sheikh was a first-rate patriot.
* He was a distinguished interpreter (Mufassir) in the modern era.
* The Sheikh's culture was diverse, and his scholarly influences were varied, owing to his
