Abstract

Based on Islamic jurisprudence's emphasis on family formation and its impact on preserving human survival, and based on the legal texts that emphasize family stability and preservation, and its impact on achieving quality family life, this research was written. It examines the impact of jurisprudence on achieving quality of life according to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. This research is conducted through an applied jurisprudential study of the issue of engaged couples looking at each other. The research followed established methods in scientific research.
The research is organized into an introduction, a preface, and three chapters:
The preface includes a definition of the title's most prominent terms, along with a brief overview of quality of life and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
The first chapter focuses on the legal basis for the principle of quality of life. The second chapter focuses on the ruling on engaged couples looking at each other. The third chapter includes the impact of the jurisprudential issue on achieving family stability and the principle of quality of life. This research concluded with the most prominent findings, including: Quality of life is a broad concept encompassing everything an individual needs, according to Islamic law; that "a good life" and "quality of life" are two concepts that truly mean the same thing; and that the consideration of engaged couples for each other is the first building block for building a stable family that enjoys the best possible quality of life.
