The Holy Quran includes criminal provisions to protect society from deterioration and dissolution and to deter tyrannical souls from committing crimes and transgressions, both overt and covert, in accordance with moral law. Therefore, this study focuses on highlighting the methods of combating crime in the Holy Quran, such as the principle of immunization and prevention from approaching crime. This is achieved by developing the faith-based impulse within the soul, which is an intrinsic force within a person that drives them toward righteousness, warns them against even approaching crime, and holds them accountable for their actions. The individual is a strong barrier against the temptations and temptations of Satan, and against the whims, desires, and pleasures of the soul. Everything evil, defined as vice in the context of morality, is punishable by this law. However, this punishment is based on equality between it and the crime, making the punishment similar to the crime to achieve deterrence, redress, and reparation. This punishment is also similar to the crime and more healing for the victims and their families. This study also demonstrates the means and methods to reduce crime and protect the individual and society from its dangers, demonstrating the Quranic approach that guides them all in this life to goodness and righteousness. The focus of the study is on the methods of the Holy Quran in combating and dealing with crime, deduced from
