Abstract

This research deals with a form of presentation and delay, based on the theory of the behavior of the subject in presentation within the structure, and this behavior was an invitation for grammarians to prove the presentation and delay of the agent sometimes, and deny it at other times.
The observer of the Arabic structure realizes that presentation and delay are two forms of deviation from the familiar system in the Arabic sentence, and two aspects of the Arabs in their speech, in which the word leaves its place for a rhetorical secret or grammatical purpose, in which care is taken of what is presented, and what is delayed is taken into account; and through them an artistic painting, or a rhetorical image, or an aesthetic value is achieved.
This presentation may be noted and indicated by the occurrence of the subject in the place of the agent, which helps in deviating from the original in the arrangement of the sentence, and serves the idea of presentation.
Some factors and operators within the structure may need to be presented or delayed, when some cases of change occur in the sentence, which necessitates changing some of its vocabulary, and placing it in a position that was not originally for it.
