Al-Nafis in the view of Al-Sabban: A descriptive and analytical study

Abstract

: Al-Sabban's approach in his commentary on Al-Ashmouni's explanation of Al-Alfiya was to conclude some grammatical issues with expressions that indicate the preciousness of his investigation and the accuracy of his view of those issues, such as his saying: (So memorize it, for it is precious), or (So benefit from it, for it is precious), or (So understand it, for it is precious), or (And it is a speech of the utmost preciousness), or (So ponder it, for it is precious); so I wanted to verify this term, and clarify what he meant by it, and the reasons for the preciousness in what he mentioned; My study was titled: (Al-Nafees in Al-Sabban - A Descriptive and Analytical Study). The nature of the topic required that it be in an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion. As for the introduction, I talked about the reasons for choosing the topic, the research plan, and previous studies. Chapter One: Investigating the term “Al-Nafees” and the reasons for “Al-Nafees” in Al-Sabban. It included two sections: Section One: Definition of “Al-Nafees” in language, and what it means in the terminology of grammarians and Al-Sabban. Section Two: The reasons for “Al-Nafees” in Al-Sabban. Chapter Two: Issues of “Al-Nafees” in Al-Sabban - A Descriptive and Analytical Study, and it included eight issues. As for the conclusion, it included the most important results of the research, including: = This expression was mentioned by some linguists after they investigated and scrutinized some linguistic issues,
