It becomes clear to the contemplator of the Quranic readings that they were and still are an important tributary to Arabic linguistic studies; they are an authentic scientific wealth that has gathered - within its folds - most of the sciences of Arabic. The books of the differences between the readers or narrators have contained part of this great wealth, and these books represented a prominent phenomenon in the writings of the early scholars. Also, directing the Quranic readings, and clarifying their interpretations in Arabic; is a subject of great importance; due to its connection to the Holy Quran. This is a linguistic study of a grammatical phenomenon in the Quranic readings, which is "the masculinization and feminization of the verb", and aims - first of all - to count the verbs that were read in some readings in the masculine and in others in the feminine, with directing both readings from what came in the authentic sources that were concerned with explaining and directing the readings. It also presented the cases of the verb with the subject, and clarified what is famous among them, and what is not famous or exceptional, or in the necessities of poetry. This is done by referring to the books of grammar; So that - through this study - we can identify an aspect of the differences in the readers, which is "the masculinity and femininity of the verb", and to clarify what is famous and what is exceptional from the two aspects
