This research aims to explain the extent of the liability of medical artificial intelligence (AI) for errors in medical diagnosis. I will use the deductive analytical descriptive approach, and I will discuss the concept of medical diagnosis error and the concept of AI. I will also define the legal liability of AI and explain the pillars of legal liability of AI, its elements, legal personality of the artificial robot, application of the rules of liability to medical AI, application of the rules of liability for defective medical AI products, application of the rules of individual liability to medical AI, application of the successive liability system to medical AI, effects of the liability of AI for errors in medical diagnosis, and the removal of liability for errors in diagnosis from artificial intelligence.
