Abstract

Muslims have taken care of this great ritual throughout their ages, and many of them have contributed to its development and authentication, each according to his specialty, and the early and late jurists have been busy researching its issues and explaining its rulings.
So I wanted to explain the issue of (temporary endowment of the mosque), as it is an issue that is considered one of the new issues in our time, and it is a form of endowment, as jurists have divided endowment according to its duration into two types: permanent endowment and temporary endowment. Given that the temporary endowment of the mosque is the subject of research and the jurists differ on temporary endowment, I researched the issue, mentioned the differences of jurists and mentioned the most correct of the sayings, asking God Almighty for success in this research, assistance and guidance.
This research aims to demonstrate the greatness of Islamic law, and that it is a comprehensive law that is valid for all times.
The researcher reached several results, including the validity of temporary endowments such as mosques and others.
The temporary endowment of the mosque takes the ruling of the prayer place from the rulings and others.
