This is a jurisprudential and objective study entitled: "Rulings on Dealing with the Dead in Light of the General Sharia Objectives", which aims to show the objective aspect of the rulings on dealing with the deceased, which reflects the spirit and goals of Sharia law, and reveals its virtues and secrets. Anyone who looks at all the rulings for dealing with the deceased will find that they were established to achieve great goal and objectives, which reflects the noble and comprehensive objectives of the texts of the Sharia and their concern for the Islamic life of the human being, their values, and their dignity, whether they are alive or dead. In addition to its care for the spiritual, social and health aspects in the Islamic societies, each ruling has a function that it performs, an objective that it intends to achieve an interest or prevent corruption. It is very important to recall these objectives and to be enlightened by them when considering the Sharia rulings and applying them to reality. Through this study, we can identify the objective dimensions that form the foundations and pillars of dealing with the dead, and some of its most important applications.
