Abstract

This research aims to study and investigate (the Book of Peace) from a book in Hanafi jurisprudence entitled: Explanation of the Small Collection, by Imam Ahmad bin Ismail Al-Tamrutashi, known as Zahir Al-Din, who died in the year (610 AH).
The importance of this research is: contributing to reviving part of the Islamic heritage, and investigating it scientifically to contribute to the benefit of students of knowledge and Muslims in the field of Islamic jurisprudence. In addition to the status of the authors of the two books, the text and the explanation, in the Hanafi school of thought, the author of the text is Imam Muhammad bin Al-Hasan Al-Shaibani, may God have mercy on him, the main codifier of Hanafi jurisprudence, and the explainer is Zahir Al-Din Al-Tamrutashi, may God have mercy on him, the Mufti of Khwarazm and its scholar. Its importance also lies in the high status of the jurisprudential book, and the value of the text (the Small Collection), as it is one of the books of the apparent narration; the first reference and the main source of Hanafi jurisprudence that cannot be dispensed with, and its publication in it completes and perfects the primary sources of the school. Its author explained the provisions of reconciliation in a distinctive explanation, in which he presented many issues, and clarified some of the issues of disagreement between the three imams, and mentioned the sayings of jurists and scholars of the school.
