Abstract

The book of "Al-Jamea' Al-Saghir" by: Imam Muhammad bin Al-Hasan Al-Shibani is one of the books on apparent narration, which is considered the most important source of Hanafi School. Fiqh scholars showed great interest in this book and devoted themselves to its explanation, arrangement and organization. Among those who wrote a (commentary) on this great book was "Thaheereddin Al-Tamrtashi". In this research, I conducted a study and verification of a part of this (commentary), which is chapter on The Rights research includes an introduction, two sections and a conclusion. As for Section One, it includes an introduction to the writer of the text, his book and the commentator and his book. Section Two includes a verification process of chapter on "Rights", which covers a group of Fiqh (Jurisprudential) issues.
I adopted in this process the methodology of the chosen text relying on three writer copies of the manuscript copies. The study aims to contribute to the endeavours to revive part of the Islamic heritage, verifying it in a scientific method that helps benefit knowledge seekers and Muslims in the field of Islamic Jurisprudence.
I concluded that his commentary is important and it is a treasure of the Islamic Hanafi Jurisprudence treasures because of its distinct, scientific method, great jurisprudential quotations, and minute branches that may not be found in many Hanafi books, in addition
