Water control An analytical study of the Saudi water system

Abstract

This research studies (Water Control - An Analytical Study of the Saudi Water System) where it aims to: Know the importance of water control and its legitimacy, to identify practical control in the system, to identify violations and penalties contained therein, and to identify the most prominent measures introduced by the Saudi regulator aimed at preserving the water system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The research concluded with a number of results; including: Preserving water resources and rationalizing their use from enjoining good and forbidding evil, contemporary administrative control is part of enjoining good and forbidding evil brought by Islamic law, Islamic law took care of water and its sources; including the prohibition of relieving oneself in stagnant water. The research also concluded with a number of recommendations; including: Reminding members of society - of modern methods - to preserve water and its sources, and that this is a matter of enjoining good and forbidding evil, preparing incentives for those who report threats to water and its sources in cities and deserts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
