Abstract

Abstract:
Materialist thinking occupies an important part in modern philosophy, and nothing is more evident than its emergence and appearance in the theoretical aspect and also in the practical application aspect. This was represented by the emergence of intellectual currents that were established on materialistic philosophical principles that revolve around the ideas of individualism, private property, capitalism, pragmatic utilitarianism, and other ideas. Ideas that revolve around one goal, which is to deny the spiritual side, enhance the sensory side, and adopt it as the only method of research and consider it the most correct path to knowledge . In the midst of this philosophical rooting steeped in materialism, we see some Western philosophers turning their attention to the spiritual side, rooting in their writings the features of the enlightening spiritual trend. Perhaps the tendency of some of them to talk about the enlightening side is a remnant of the true human nature that never leaves the individual. This research came to discuss an issue of a special nature related, closely or remotely, to the subject of nature. This issue is the illuminating aspect of modern philosophy
