Abstract
This research was concerned with studying the Critiques made by Imam Al-Busairi (d. 840 AH) in his book entitled: “Ithaf Al-Khiyara Al-Mahra with the Additions of the Ten Musanads”: on Al-Hafez Al-Monzeri (d. 656 AH); a critical scientific study according to the methodology and rules of the scholars in this field, trying to find the rightness of them. In this research, I have explained the meaning of Critiques linguistically and technically, as well as the origins and importance of Critiques. Then I mentioned a brief biography of both of the Imams Al -Hafez Al-Monzeri and Al-Busiri - may Allah have mercy on them – and I introduced the book “Ithaf Al-Khaira Al-Mahra”. After reviewing the entire book, I extracted the Critiques of Imam Al-Busiri on Al-Hafez Al-Monzeri, which reached nine Critiques, which I studied and edited the arguments in them. This is the core of the research and its purpose. so this study was based on the method of induction, analysis, and criticism. this study reached a number of results, The most important of which are: diversity of Critiques between those related to men, such as an unknown narrator, as in the first and ninth Critique. (or weak: as in the third and seventh Critiques), and illusions in
