Tajweed of the Qur’an and Quranic approval and their impact on religious cadres in the Sultanate of Oman

Abstract

The research talked about (Tajweed of the Qur’an and Quranic authorization) in terms of the concept and importance of each of them, and the legal evidence for it. The research also touched on the stages of learning Tajweed, starting with the elimination of clear melodies and ending with Quranic authorization. It also talked about the history of the term Qur’anic authorization, and the participation of Omani scholars in this. The side then revealed the Oman project for the Qur’anic license and the stages that the student passes through. The research showed the impact of both the science of Tajweed and the Qur’anic license on religious cadres in the Sultanate of Oman, such as Qur’an teachers and religious guides. The researcher used the inductive method, license in reciting the Qur’an from a proficient, skilled sheikh, Kharit. The Omanis had commendable contributions in the section on authorization and recitations. At the forefront of them is the scholar Abu Muhammad Al-Hasan bin Ali bin Saeed Al-Omani, author of the book Al-Awsat in Recitations. The impact of the Qur’anic license became clear and evident on the Omani religious cadres, as the culture of the Qur’anic license spread throughout Oman. Men and women who took licenses multiplied, many private and public bodies paid attention to it, and Omani male and female reciters with distinctive golden throats emerged.
