Abstract

Islam has taken care of the mind according to specific regulations consistent with its abilities. Allah has made it mandatory and one of the five imperatives that Allah has ordered to stick to. Al- Quran and Sunnah are full of mental evidence that is Allah's proofs of his greatness and for which the minds of Theologians and Philosophers fell short. Islam has become more great and more common because of sticking to mind and treating with them rightly, but some people fell in this through giving the mind exaggerated attention and assigning it to do over difficult missions. As a result, the disagreements and defaults have happened and this has been manifested in the approach of Al Moatazela and other Theology teams that made the mind a source and judgment of the wise texts of Al Shara.
The issue of labeling a disbeliever has occupied some of the studies of doctrinal scholars, and if we say atonement distracts our minds from Al Khawarej as a band that labeling a disbeliever is originally considered descends from its basic origins. Talking about atonement in a band originally created to prevent labeling a disbeliever and based on mental foundations of the assignee's freedom to choose and do that is somewhat unlikely.
Hence, the current research is entitled "The reality of disbelief according to Al Moatazela" to reveal its origins, causes, conditions and obstacles, and this refers to the effects of this approach in modern ages.
