Abstract

The heritage of every nation is its remaining asset, its fixed repertoire, and its repository that expresses its progress in all areas of civilization and culture.
Nations have their past before they have their present, and there is a difference between a nation that has a heritage and a nation that does not have an inheritance, and the Arab and Islamic nation’s concern for its heritage is only in order to live in a present connected to a past, and to build on this distant past its solid present.
There is no doubt that our Islamic and Arab heritage is the basis for preserving our existence And our identity, and that heritage in today’s world should be the path for Arabs and Muslims to spiritual transcendence, civilizational building, and scientific progress. One of the jewels of our Islamic and Arab heritage is the manuscript “Control of the Hadiths of the Small Mosque, called Al-Athar Al-Jalil fi Bayan Al-Adha Al-Jami’ Al-Saghir” by Imam Shihab Al-Din Abu Al-Abbas Ahmad. Bin Ahmed Al-Qalyubi, who died in 1069 AH, in which he collected the hadiths of Al-Suyuti’s Small Jami’ and judged their hadiths in terms of their authenticity, goodness, or weakness, and by looking at the indexes of the manuscripts. My Lord and Master enabled me to find the handwritten copies of this precious manuscript, so I collected them from the corridors of various libraries and investigated this manuscript scientifically. Where In its investigation, I followed the scientific method adopted by the imams and scholars of the research. I divided this research into an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, and scientific indexes.
