The change of custom and habit and its impact on the change of fatwa on legal rulings

Abstract

This research aims to explain the consideration of the change of custom and custom, and its impact on the change of fatwa on rulings based on them.
In this research, I have taken care of explaining what is meant by both custom and custom, the difference between them, and the divisions of custom. Then I followed that by talking about the authoritative custom, mentioning the difference of scholars in the authoritative custom, explaining the liberation of the subject of the dispute, the sayings of the scholars, and their evidence, with an indication of the most correct opinion and the type of disagreement. Then I spoke after that about considering the change of custom and custom in changing the fatwa on rulings based on them, explaining the sayings of the scholars in that, while mentioning the words of some scholars that indicate that the change of custom and custom is considered in changing the fatwa on rulings based on them.
