This research deals with the most important acts of worship, the greatest in value, and the highest in status, namely: (prayer). It is the pillar of religion, its solid foundation, and it is the first thing that God imposed on His faithful servants, and the last thing that is lost from the religion, and the first thing that the servant will be held accountable for on the Day of Judgment. To other features and terms of reference. God, Glory be to Him, commanded to take care of and preserve it, and the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, affirmed its command, magnified its status, and recommended to his nation to preserve it in its times, and not to be distracted from it, or to be negligent in its performance. And the issue of leaving prayer and neglecting its performance is one of the most important issues related to prayer. Because of its great danger, its wide spread, and its urgent need. Is it obligatory for the one who intentionally left the prayer knowingly, without excuse until its time has passed, to make up for that prayer? I thought to address this issue; Because of its importance, and the many people falling into it, and its concealment even to the students of knowledge,.
