Abstract

This research will tackle the attitude of Imam ElTaher Ben Ashour from Kharijite Sect ، though the explanations of values in writings and enlightenment as this study has focused on the descriptive curriculum based on the induction and deduction and the analytical curriculum in which based on the induction in explanation of writings and enlightenment and to deduct the opinions and sayings of Kharijite sect through the explanations of writings and enlightenment and the induction of opinions and attitudes of Eltaher Ben Ashour from this sect in a criticized analytical study
This study has summarized in three chapters ، the first chapter is handling the definitions of Imam ElTaher Ben Ashour and his scientific post ، and then the second chapter is handling : the definitions of explanations of writings and enlightenment and the curriculum of ElTaher ben Ashour in his explanations ، and the sources of explanations , and the third chapter is handling : the identification of Kharijite sect and its arisen and their belief opinions and the Kharijite sect in explanations of writings and enlightenment and his attitude towards Ben Ashour and other problems of faith and the perpetrator of major sins and its judgment and being Imam and Intercession ، idolatrous children and the vision of God almighty in the eternal life
