Abstract

This research will handle the concept of tributes and the solutions of harmonization between it and the outcome of Islamic Sharia as well as the comparison of the modern descriptive systems and rules also we have handled the area of freedoms of religion for non، Muslims in a country or the Islamic societies and what is approved and what is prohibited also we have clarified the opinions and different choices of Imam ElTartoushi in the problems of specifying the tributes as he has opposed his sectarian of Jurisprudence and said another idea in addition to his opinion in the problem of establishing churches in which I have reached to the prevailed Hanifi sectarian for more sectarians and approved for lives and I can see that the opinion of problems of freedoms of religion specifically in this times could be taken
Also the research has tackled the methods of supported Dhimmis people and other writings of jurisprudence people and the choices of Imam Eltartoushi also I have divided the problems of discriminated of Dhimmis people and the bases of jurisprudence also the choices of Imam Eltartoushi also I have clarified the suitable in this reasoning currently and then I have concluded the research by the vision of the modern prevailed systems opposed the religion of the state
