Ruling on seeking help from the disbelievers in the event of war

Abstract

Seeking help from the disbelievers does not require loyalty to them, and does not contradict disclaim them, unless it is accompanied by reliance on them and love them. The importance of understanding the difference between restricted loyalty and absolute loyalty, which some scholars call: () the restricted loyalty, is a great sin which means love them for a material purpose with faith and believe remaining in the heart, and the absolute loyalty is a reason that causes  Muslim disavows  his religion, which is: complete love, defense and support them, and to wish them triumph over Muslims.
The historical evidence besides the legal texts proves the disbelievers seek help over the ages, whether in peace or war. There is no dispute regarding the permissibility of seeking help from disbelievers when needed, In case of avoiding their cunning for the purpose of protection and preventing harm.
The majority of scholars agreed on the permissibility of seeking help from the disbelievers in fighting non-Muslims with conditions, presenting of some scholars success between what is the apparent contradiction from the legal texts in the issue of seeking the help of the disbelievers to fight the disbelievers in terms of permissibility and prevention, the importance of understanding the differences between the transgressors and the Khawarij  (dissenters) , and highlight what is relevant to each of them.
