One of the most important problems faced by banks is: inflation in funds and the problem arises in long-term financing, and accordingly banks link this financing with indicators to ensure that the value of their cash is not lost with the progression of time and the length of the payment period by the customer.
There, I saw to contribute in this section by writing this research, which is entitled (Linking the remuneration to a Variable Index), with an introduction to the topic by discussing the issues affecting it.
I ask God to grant success for the benefit of speech and action and to protect us from error.
Opinion was divided into two directions: Some of the Contemporaries said that it is permissible to link the variable remuneration to an index which relied on that, the origin in transactions is (Halal), "permissible according to the Islamic religion" and that relying on the index is a tantamount to devolution to knowledge that leads to the absence of discord and conflict, and analogy to the images that are permitted by the jurists similar to our issue.
