The aim of this study is to clarify the concepts of disagreement and difference, and to review their fields, controls, and outcomes, and some of their contemporary applications. The most prominent results of this study are: 1- Difference is a mercy from God Almighty to His creation. 2- Intolerance does not lead to a result. Rather, it is necessary to be patient and gentle, and to present evidence and arguments objectively. 3- It is not permissible for an opinion to take precedence over the Book and the Sunnah. Among the most important recommendations: 1- Be careful to present issues to the legal evidence, and to say what they require. 2- Staying away from following one's own desires and desires, and following the truth wherever it is found.
