Abstract

abstract: This study aimed to identify the protective sensory measures against the epidemic in Islam by shedding light on the following aspects: to identify the concept of protective measures in language and convention, as well as to identify the legal basis for preventive measures, the legality of introducing the causes in Sharia, and examples of protective sensory measures against the epidemic in Sharia, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, reliance was made on the descriptive approach, and the most important results of the study were that Islamic law possesses the reasons for immortality and survival with its aims and means for its validity for every time and place. For another, and beware of leniency in the epidemic and relying on God, for it is our measure. Let us beware of dependency, and let us do the sensory reasons that the state directs, and we must oblige the lawful rituals when sleeping, in the morning and evening, and to pray more, and that the calamities that befall a Muslim, whether in his health or in his family and his son or in his money and business, or about That is if he received it with patience and calculation; For it is elevated by God Almighty , and in light of the findings of the study, the researcher made a number of recommendations, including: Cooperation with the concerned authorities; To ensure continuity and raise the readiness of preventive precautions and precautionary measures to prevent this epidemic, and to adhere to the instructions issued by the rulers of the matter to ensure their concern for the interests of Muslims, especially the pilgrims, pilgrims, and pilgrims.
