abstract: This study aimed to identify the protective sensory measures against the epidemic in Islam by shedding light on the following aspects: to identify the concept of protective measures in language and convention, as well as to identify the legal basis for preventive measures, the legality of introducing the causes in Sharia, and examples of protective sensory measures against the epidemic in Sharia, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, reliance was made on the descriptive approach, and the most important results of the study were that Islamic law possesses the reasons for immortality and survival with its aims and means for its validity for every time and place.
