Resorting to elimination is normal. The world of sports is not immune to this; Whether you are a player, referee, cheerleader, coach or even a seller of sports equipment, you find the legal rule that regulates, and we have seen many lawsuits involving coaches, players or referees, whose main subject was the allegation of deviation from the usual behavior. The task of the referee in sports competitions and his role in determining the match is an important matter, and the discussion about the referee’s obligations, the liability arising from breach of his obligations, the reasons for establishing the responsibility, and the criteria for determining the referee are all of great importance. In this research, we will analyze the different aspects of civil responsibility to judge sports competitions.
