One of the methods of regulating pregnancy in our time is the so-called coil, and its use has spread in previous decades, and it was used in Arab and Islamic societies, based on medical advice at the time, and the presence of a fatwa from some scholars regarding permissibility, and it is a fatwa based on the opinion of specialists in medicine. Knowing the way the IUD works inside the woman's womb remained inaccurate, until some specialized medical research appeared, showing how it worked. In this research, there is an Islamic jurisprudence study of the ruling on the use of the coil, based on the medical developments that show its mechanism of action.
