Abstract

Islamic law was concerned with the unknown parentage in all stages of his life, but the foundling was unjustly wronged by society without a sin he committed.
I considered him a Muslim wherever he was found, and made the ruling for his adultery in disbelief according to who takes care of him, and he is free, according to the consensus of scholars, and there is no guardianship for anyone over him except the Sultan, who marries him and supervises his money, and he inherits the treasury of the Muslims if he does not have an heir, and spends it on the treasury if he has no money. If the treasury is incapable, then its expenditure will be on the collector.
