Abstract

This research has sought refuge in God - the Exalted and the Exalted - to discuss a matter of one of its most important issues, which is the issue of: (the diligence of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him) with the palace Sincerely for his Kurdish face, rightly on the Sunnah of his Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. The importance of the topic that prompted me to choose it is evident in the following: This is the importance of its importance from the importance of the science of the principles of jurisprudence, as it is a reference to the rooting of jurisprudence and a firm rule to build the branches on it. The issue of (the diligence of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace) is one of the important issues of the origins of jurisprudence; As it deals with the jurisprudence of the best humanity and who is reported by the Lord of the worlds, his religion, law and rulings. The parties to this issue are transmitted in the fundamentalist heritage, so its readiness, exclusion, study, and enriching the fundamentalist scientific arena are among the most important tasks.
