Research objectives: Report of the doctrine of loyalty and innocence in dealing with non -Muslims, with an explanation of the difference between the loyalty contradictory of religion, and the treatment accepted by Sharia, to clarify the guidance of the predecessors in dealing with non -Muslims so that they can follow them. Research curriculum: In this research, the critical analytical approach has been made in this research. Also, it must be alerted in the event of dealing with them from a platform in religion, or the belief of the validity of the religion other than Islam, or the likeness of them from the characteristics of their religion. The most important recommendations: The issues of belief related to dealing with non -Muslims need an expansion in the study. We urge specialists in the doctrine to study that.
