Abstract

Contemporary, the different methods that the scholars have compassed according to the era in which they lived, the authenticity of the purposes derived from peremptory texts, the importance of ijtihad in the purposes in a collective form of our custody age, God is the rulings and purposes aimed at achieving the interests of people in their world and the last, and when knowing these purposes is important to the hard -working to control a process Ijtihad was obligated that the concept of these purposes is clear to the mujtahid, as well as knowing the practical methods through which the purposes are deduced, and when the purposes are an argument, and what are the controls that must be taken into account when devising the destination, so this research came to answer these problems in three investigations: The first: the concept of purposes Language and convention. The second: How to deduce legal purposes. And the third: the authenticity of the legal purposes. The most prominent results were summarized in the following: The deep relationship between the meanings of the purposes is a language and its meaning.
